✓ What we liked
  • Integrated probe takes the guesswork out of meat
  • Big 12-quart oven with rotisserie
  • 28 presets cover almost any job
✗ Worth noting
  • Large footprint
  • Open oven never quite matches a sealed basket for crunch

How it tested

We ran the same battery of tests we use on every air fryer, from frozen chips to fresh wings and roast veg. Here is how it scored on each.

Crispiness — 8.3

Air fry mode crisped chips and wings well across the racks, and the rotisserie chicken came out evenly cooked.

Crispy food fresh from the air fryer

Evenness — 8.4

Even browning with a rack swap on full loads, as with any oven.

Ease of use & cleanup — 8.1

More parts to wash, but they are dishwasher safe. The probe and presets make cooking meat simple.

Noise — 7.7

A bit louder than a basket fryer due to the open cavity.

Design & build

A stainless oven with a clear door and a probe port. It takes counter space but replaces several appliances.

Our verdict

The probe is the star here, ending over and undercooked chicken and roasts. Add the rotisserie and big capacity and it is a genuine do-everything countertop oven.

You take on a large footprint and a little less outright crunch than a basket. For meat-heavy cooking the thermometer earns its keep.

How it compares

It is the oven-and-probe answer to basket fryers like the Crispinator. The 14-quart Chefman goes bigger without the probe.

AirFryer Ovens test kitchen · Bought at retail, never supplied by the brand

Every oven runs the same five stages: preheat timing, a frozen chip crispiness run, a full tray evenness test, a full load cook, then noise, energy and cleanup. Scores carry the same weighting on every model, so commission never moves a ranking.
