The big basket crisped chips and wings well, with Hi-Fry adding bite.

Crispy food fresh from the air fryer

Even across the square basket with a shake partway.

Ease of use & cleanup — 8.2

The XL basket is nonstick and dishwasher safe. Simple to operate.

Our verdict

A dependable big-basket fryer. The 8-quart square shape holds a lot and Hi-Fry keeps results crisp.

There is no window and it caps at 400°F normally. For roomy everyday cooking it is solid value.

How it compares

It holds as much as the Crispinator but drops the window and ceramic basket. The 9-quart TurboFry adds a DC motor and more modes.

AirFryer Ovens test kitchen · Bought at retail, never supplied by the brand

Every oven runs the same five stages: preheat timing, a frozen chip crispiness run, a full tray evenness test, a full load cook, then noise, energy and cleanup. Scores carry the same weighting on every model, so commission never moves a ranking.
