How it tested

We ran the same battery of tests we use on every air fryer, from frozen chips to fresh wings and roast veg. Here is how it scored on each.

Crispiness — 8.4

For a budget model it crisps well, reaching a proper 450°F for browning. Frozen snacks came out crunchy and golden.

Crispy food fresh from the air fryer

Evenness — 8.2

Fine across the 5-quart basket, with a shake prompt to keep things level.

Ease of use & cleanup — 8.7

One of the easiest to live with. It is light, simple and the basket cleans quickly. The 20 liners are a nice extra.

Noise — 8.1

Quiet and low key.

Design & build

A neat white unit that suits small kitchens. The build is basic but tidy and it stores easily.

Our verdict

The Pro LE is the value pick of the Cosori line. It keeps the high top temperature that budget rivals often drop, and stays small and simple.

The lower wattage means a slightly slower preheat and the build is basic. For the price, and for one or two people, it is hard to argue with.

How it compares

It is smaller and cheaper than the Pro Gen 2 while keeping 450°F. The TurboBlaze is the step up for a stronger fan and quieter running.

Every oven runs the same five stages: preheat timing, a frozen chip crispiness run, a full tray evenness test, a full load cook, then noise, energy and cleanup. Scores carry the same weighting on every model, so commission never moves a ranking.
