- 10 jalapeños, halved and deseeded
- 200g cream cheese
- 60g grated cheddar
- 40g panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Method
- Prep. Halve the chillies and scrape out the seeds and membrane.
- Fill. Mix the cheeses and fill each half level, not domed.
- Top. Mix the panko with the melted butter and press onto each.
- Air fry. Cook upright at 370°F for 10 minutes until golden.
Test-kitchen tip
Wear gloves when deseeding, and keep them level in the basket. Overfilled poppers erupt.
