Doughnuts

Fluffy, cinnamon-sugared doughnuts from tinned dough in eight minutes.

  • 1 tin refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Shape. Separate the dough and punch a hole through each middle with a bottle cap.
  2. Air fry. Cook at 350°F for 8 minutes, turning once, until puffed and golden.
  3. Butter. Brush all over with melted butter the moment they come out.
  4. Coat. Toss straight into the cinnamon sugar.
Test-kitchen tip

Butter then sugar, immediately. Let them cool even a minute and nothing sticks.
